Our mission
The Education Committee at Twin Cities Compensation Network (TCCN) is dedicated to providing members with impactful, high-quality educational opportunities that advance their careers and enhance their expertise in Total Rewards and HR disciplines.
A Three-Tiered Approach to Learning
Tier 1: Skill Building
Developing Practical Expertise
What We Offer: Interactive workshops and focused sessions designed to equip professionals with practical, hands-on skills directly applicable to their roles.
Why It Matters: In a rapidly evolving industry, staying ahead means continually refining your abilities and mastering new tools.
Examples: Technology workshops, foundational HR and compensation classes, and advanced learning opportunities like MS Excel and MS Access courses.

Tier 2: Homegrown Offerings
Leveraging the Power of Community Expertise
What We Offer: Exclusive programs created and delivered by TCCN’s own members, tailored to address current trends and specific challenges faced by Total Rewards professionals.
Why It Matters: Homegrown programs harness the collective wisdom of our community, providing uniquely relevant and actionable insights.
Examples: Programs like Executive Compensation 101 and Sales Compensation classes, built with our members in mind.
What We Offer: In-person courses designed to support members in achieving WorldatWork’s CCP certification. The updated certification path now requires only 8 courses, and TCCN offers a rotating schedule to help you complete the program in three years.
Why It Matters: Certifications like CCP establish credibility and expertise in Total Rewards, positioning you as a leader in your field.
